今晚黎MOKO呢間岩鹽,知道銅鑼灣有一間,但一直未有機會食,今日黎當然食下特式釜飯。釜飯好似煲仔飯,但用個好似飯煲嘅碗裝住,黎到有個倒數一分鐘嘅漏斗,夠鐘就食得。今日點左鵝肝牛小排釜飯($148),有四塊牛小排,大概7成熟,無筋,正!飯入面有蛋絲、芽菜、蝦米、菇、栗子、豆,用料記豐富。先加醬汁拌勻,跟住可以另外用湯變茶漬飯,會直接食。釜飯雖然做唔到煲仔飯嘅飯焦脆脆,但味道都幾有煲仔飯風味。飯量好多,大概兩碗飯。另外要多個前菜,黑松露雜菌玉子燒($68),係原塊上,自己動手切,入面雞蛋好軟好滑,黑松味好香,配合雜菌味道更昇華,中間亦有蜜糖調味,甜甜地真係好正,迅速被我食曬。飲品點左熱柚子蜜($25),暖暖身。呢度環境幾靚,裝修幾高級,好多卡位,店舖面積好大。侍應亦好有禮貌。
