To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘆個下午茶餐，食完個肚又唔舒服

昨日到此嘆個下午茶餐，點了芝士焗薯條、朱古力，還有一杯水。不幸地，來了的芝士焗薯條不像相片中的器皿—碗，而是一碟膠兜，而且內裡太乾，色香味驅強差人意。而且，還送來了一隻烏蠅，我懷疑兩次在那裡用膳致肚不舒服都和烏蠅有關，每次去都總會遇見烏蠅，可能都跑過去我杯水上，才令細菌滋生。再者，雞扒、豬扒也是太鹹了，焗物都不能上口了。本來環境氣氛是挺好的，幽暗寧靜，但現時總會遇上那些開著大喇叭用電話的大媽，從侍應殷勤對侍大媽的行為，大媽是店的老顧客吧，在香港找靜土越來越不容易。
