To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行八人食晚飯,預先訂0左雞鄧翅,子母蝦同風沙雞.翅既水準係絕對保持到既,都係入味,清同足料.子母蝦食過啦,冇咩特別.風沙雞先係重點,食0左咁多次,今次係最好食的!!!真係做得到皮脆肉嫩,乾爽無咩油,好好好好得的一隻雞!!至於其他小菜,真係有小小退步囉,睇下個牛柳粒,完全冇曬第一次食0個種味道.仲有,我想叫大家,千其唔好叫佢個霸王蟹!!佢真係呃人的!得一隻蟹,根本無14兩,尋晚因為唔係同d好close的友人食飯,所以都唔好意思出口話隻蟹唔夠秤.我睇隻蟹根本得8兩!!! 佢咁樣就收多0左我6兩,即係54蚊囉!!完全唔得囉,以後都唔好叫依樣餸,又唔好食又貴. ><
