To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後獨自去來到翠華餐廳食下午茶,個人除了喜愛本店的雞尾包、蛋撻、魚蛋河之外,我也好喜愛此店的鹿兒島風豬軟骨菠菜餃米線。一場來到怎會不點呢?,跟餐飲品我就點了熱奶茶。今天是星期六,是日下午時份餐廳已經有坐滿客人,等了一會熱奶茶都好快送上枱,眼看奶茶色澤都花奶的份量不會有太偏差,入口非常香滑花奶份量剛好,感覺杯奶茶都好新鮮沖出,茶香濃郁後有感到甘香,夠熱真是不錯。鹿兒島風豬軟骨菠菜餃米線終於等到了,最令我心動的是豬軟骨,一啖入口已經感到豬軟骨的味道好濃郁,非常入味,軟骨位置及肉質的口感夠腍,富骨膠原的軟骨位置更有少許爽口韌身的感覺,肉香入口即化,菠菜餃都幾大粒一共有3粒,吃起來感到很新鮮,菠菜蓉色澤翠綠,菜味清新,可讚的是蝦肉十分爽口彈牙,都有鮮味,而米線份量好足,不會過腍又挺身,啜起米線滑溜美味,連帶湯底都好鮮香濃郁,水準不錯。
