任食環節開始!同上次一樣都係主攻生蠔,食落肉質爽口鮮味,配上偏酸嘅士佐酢啫喱同微辣蘿蔔蓉,更顯蠔嘅甜味。我地食咗好幾round,雖然有大有細,但每隻都係新鮮、脹卜卜的!燒蠔、焗帆立貝就正常發揮,帆立貝既裙邊極有咬口。

﹆串燒 ﹆松葉蟹舞茸五鳥手延烏冬配白象貝濃湯

仲有六款串燒都可以任食,包括七里香、豬頸肉、甜薯、雞腿、雞心以及茄子,肉類比起上次有進步,無咁乾,但最推介茄子同甜薯,前者juicy,後者外皮脆脆地,勁甜。松葉蟹舞茸五鳥手延烏冬既湯底用超過10斤白象貝經24小時精熬而成,湯頭香甜偏清淡,個人prefer之前既撈烏冬多啲。

櫻花造型嘅最中餅白桃雪葩配上日本黑糖蕨餅,煙煙靭靭,白桃雪葩好清新。
