韓板係銅鑼灣新開嘅韓國餐廳,離地鐵站好近,裝修走簡約工業風,坐得幾舒服,唔會好逼。今次同朋友叫咗幾款餸一齊share:燒牛肉、辣炒年糕、煎韓國鰻魚同豬手。燒牛肉肥瘦比例啱啱好,燒到有少少焦香,入口多汁有牛味;辣炒年糕行甜辣路線,醬汁收得幾好,年糕煙煙韌韌,好易食上癮。韓國鰻魚煎到微焦,魚油香同醬汁味都幾突出,但唔會覺得腥;豬手炆得夠腍,皮同筋位都有啲彈牙感,啱晒鍾意啃骨位嗰啲人。
隨餐有幾款小菜,泡菜夠爽脆,可以幫手解膩。以銅鑼灣嚟講,人均一百幾蚊可以試到咁多款肉類同海鮮,算係ok價位。整體調味偏重味,好下飯,作為新開店嚟講水準穩陣,下次都想再嚟試埋佢啲鍋同其他燒肉。
