To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早輪去了深圳吃了一頓西班牙菜,老實說只是不過不失,回來香港後,某天偶然去了連連鎖快餐店,發現了王祖藍作代言人的一眾食譜,其中竟然連一道「意大利鴨腿飯」。以我所知,以鴨腿為聞名的國家,好像是法國...........怎都好,好奇心大,是本人的「優點」之一,給我發現了,不試一躺,真是有點心有不甘。四十餘元一客,例牌買完票後要等一段烹調時間,上盤的陣容,有一鍋仔之飯,一碗菜湯,和一杯沒有沒有酒精的sangria。賣相沒大問題的。鍋仔焗飯,其米粒是圓身的,不肯定用的是否Risotto,倒以是珍珠米多一點。上面除有鴨腿一隻外,上面還灑了芝士粉,飯身不算淋,垢病反而是過於乾身,不「似」歐陸式用上湯或白汁燴煮之法,雖然預知不會有「正統」味道,但過於乾身,還加了芝士粉,說實在的,味道有點反胃。鴨腿是酥軟的,但味道實在也淡,連一點鹽味也沒有加上,真是食之無味,棄之可惜,遑論歐陸的味道。那天也熱,一杯凍飲,正好作解暑之用,這一杯"sangria",內裡加了蘋果粒或Berry粒的鮮果在內,凍粒又碎,確是透心涼,只是其紅色的汁液,有點似藥水般的味道。加上無味菜湯一碗,這四不像的一頓「歐陸快餐」,在邊吃邊苦笑之
