龍年忙於為東京之旅規劃行程,心血來潮想食壽司,好即興咁就上網訂咗間新開嘅「鮨月」。壽司屋佔用面積全層,簡樸大方,光猛企理。用餐大堂一邊為壽司吧,共約十六個吧位,靠窗一排卡位,露台仲有幾張散枱,不過XO仔掛住玩酒酒,唔記得咗影環境相(酒相中個背景係室外座)。午市套餐共有十一款可選,話哂今年第一次食魚生,所以決定食豪啲,點咗包羅萬有嘅「板前廚師發辦」($1,180/位)!師傅真係細心,為怕大家空肚飲酒,專登整咗啲巧薄香脆嘅鱈魚乾俾大家送酒。廚師發辦午餐正式由前菜拼盤揭序,當中小屋仔入面嘅白醬菠菜同紫鉢中嘅醬油漬茄子清爽惹味,右邊嘅魚肝豆腐好絲嫩。以靚靚蟹碟上嘅北海道香箱蟹賣相實在吸睛!蟹蟹已預先拆好,分成色澤分明嘅蟹籽、蟹膏同蟹肉,份量絕對足!雪白嘅蟹肉清甜幼嫩,中間橙黃色嘅蟹膏厚實鮮香,啡啡嘅蟹籽則幼小帶脆,唧入滴管中嘅蟹醋再撈勻哂黎食,口感豐富得黎十分清新。原隻北海道生蠔拼鱈魚白子可以話係兩種不一樣嘅肥嘟嘟同滑捋捋嘅組合。前者厚潤鮮爽,後者則柔軟滑溜,一濃一清,簡單以酸汁及碎蔥蘿蔔蓉點綴,實有提鮮及消滯之效,極品也!極富立體感嘅花花碟上有兩片被煙燻過嘅平政魚,建議點用另上嘅鹽粉或山葵豉
