啟德SOGO都開咗近5個月,唔知道大家有冇去嗰邊搵嘢食呢?最近就同朋友去咗位於12樓嘅 Okosta 食晚飯。今次我哋揀咗一個二人套餐,包咗兩款前菜、兩款主菜、味噌湯,性價比都幾高。前菜揀左「芝士泡菜豚平燒」同「明太子玉子燒」。「芝士泡菜豚平燒」意外地好食😋,上面落左御好燒醬汁同木魚花,夠哂惹味。而喺麵糊中亦加入泡菜,食落香辣爽甜,中間濃濃芝士中和返辣味,味道變得更濃厚。「玉子燒」既蛋漿係加左湯汁一齊煎,所以玉子燒每隻都脹卜卜,熱焫焫,咬落仲滿口湯汁,中間加左明太子,為玉子燒味道帶嚟一點點綴。主菜就揀左「廣島燒」同「豚肉蒜香炒飯」。廣島燒會用上麵糊、魚粉、椰菜、炸天婦羅脆脆、大蔥、芽菜、豬肉片、麵條、雞蛋、御好燒醬和綠海藻,一層一層烤煮,真係足料。椰菜鮮甜味都幾突出,加埋中間既麵條,夠哂豐富。「豚肉蒜香炒飯」新鮮炒出嚟幾香幾惹味,米飯粒粒分明。肉片都採用半肥瘦既部位,食落都幾香口。整體嚟講,我覺得呢度嘅環境幾舒適,晚餐價錢都唔算貴。Budget鬆動D仲可以試埋鐵板燒。平日晚市唔算多人,岩哂同朋友嚟傾計食飯~
