To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽不少朋友講啖啖燕窩有不少即食食物，而且味道好味，就上網買咗4款嚟試，我即日下單whatsapp滿$350就可以送九龍區十分方便平時桃膠制作比較麻煩，今次買的蜂蜜3.6牛奶木瓜燉桃膠雪燕，2款養生食物都有齊晒，仲要勁大樽1060ml幾抵食，最後我哋5人分剛剛好，材料勁多，而且甜度岩岩好，木瓜好香甜，勁桃膠同一絲絲雪燕，奶味幾香帶有淡淡蜜糖味，最後個樽仲可以循環再用添先生煲雞湯都要幾個鐘，見到這裡有膠原蛋白濃雞湯 250ml岩我一人份買了一包來試，雞湯味幾濃香，口感都十分濃郁，叮一叮就可以食勁方便見到有麻辣花膠，麻辣色已勁吸引，一打開好香，我和同事都覺味道夠辣又惹味，花膠保持到口感彈牙，醬汁不少，我再配上白麵一齊食最適合特濃3.6牛乳鮮奶凍，奶味勁濃又滑溜creamy，食完辣嘢再食奶凍就最好
