To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時同朋友食飯都會選擇上海菜,因為鐘意食佢個小籠包,而岩岩嗰個Happy Firday就係尖沙咀搵咗一間上海餐廳同朋友嚟食,食完就可以順便睇埋戲。餐廳內裡環境都好舒服,晚上六點半左右仲有好多位。餐牌都好精緻,而見到一個拳頭咁大嘅小籠包,一定要揀嚟食啦。蒜泥白肉:簿簿嘅白肉卷著冰凍青瓜條,再加上微辣嘅蒜泥醬汁,真係食到唔停口。大籠包:呢個大籠包真係好有睇頭,成個掌頭咁大,今次真係相機食先,而內裡湯汁亦好鮮甜係一個唔錯嘅選擇。奶油津白:上海菜成日會叫嘅菜式,奶油香滑但唔會蓋過津白嘅味道,食落口好清甜。蔥油拌麵:上枱時要趁熱食,而蔥油亦好香噴噴,拌勻一齊食好好味。醃篤鮮:材料豐富,特別佢個咸肉令個湯更加鮮味,但佢亦唔會過咸,飲完真係一個完美句號。
