之前喺尖沙咀嘅Chef Stage de Eddy Chu食左餐完美嘅午餐,今次同朋友去銅鑼灣shopping就試吓同一個老細開嘅西餐大排檔。同Chef Stage de Eddy Chu唔同,西餐大排檔多左陣香港味,門口牆上嘅香港舊風貌相片,招牌射出嘅霓虹燈光,再加上餐廳偶而播出嘅英文老歌,有少少時光倒流到老香港嘅感覺。牆上掛有Eddy Chu的照片以作招徠,相信唔少人同我一樣都係慕名而黎!餐廳佈置簡潔唔花巧,但當然比地道大排檔高好多個級數。艾迪乳鴿HK$99乳鴿肉質好鮮嫰同埋都幾肥美,所以佢嘅油脂,再加上表面嘅油,令到成隻食落都非常之滑。最重要係整得夠晒熱,攞上手仲有少少燙手,合晒我嘅要求,真係Perfect。 焗法國連殼食田螺 5件 HK$99呢隻田螺要食隻連殼食……係,我冇打錯字你亦都冇睇錯。初初上菜嗰陣真係懷疑個殼係咪真係食得,因為一望連個紋理都同真殼差無幾,個殼接觸薯蓉部份係有少少軟,而其他部份就焗得好香脆,所以唔駛怕咬崩牙。主角田螺都爽口,所以一齊食嗰種口感幾好。若果田螺肉再大啲就好嘞。個殼真係好真松露煮日本年糕 HK$99食落啖啖都黑松露味,仲要好Creamy,年糕好煙

呢隻田螺要食隻連殼食……係,我冇打錯字你亦都冇睇錯。初初上菜嗰陣真係懷疑個殼係咪真係食得,因為一望連個紋理都同真殼差無幾,個殼接觸薯蓉部份係有少少軟,而其他部份就焗得好香脆,所以唔駛怕咬崩牙
。主角田螺都爽口,所以一齊食嗰種口感幾好。若果田螺肉再大啲就好嘞。

橫切面睇落去,肥瘦分佈好均勻,而且最重要係冇煮到全熟,所以裡面係充滿肉汁同油脂,再加上肉質嫰滑,味道真係唔差得過靚牛扒。

食落感覺有啲膩,因為真係好大件扒,亦可能因為咁,配菜有幾粒新鮮菠蘿加羅勒葉,減底油膩感。新鮮菠蘿加羅勒葉,味道非常夾,嗰刻好有衝動買盆羅勒葉返屋企種。

條脷好厚,但全條都仍然燒得好均勻唔會太熟,我諗應該幾考功夫。份量好足,而且好有燒肉香味。之前以為牛脷只有鹽燒薄薄地先好食,原來厚燒啖啖肉都另一番風味。
