小白鷺裝修後開咗間新餐廳,環境舒適,仲有靚景,去了試晚餐,可惜落雨,未能欣賞美景,唯有專注美食點完菜,就上麵包盤,有不同種類嘅麵包,配上橄欖油同醋,有需要仲可以要牛油,食完仲可以添Bouillabaisse seafood Stew $108蕃茄海鮮濃,鮮烘法包,好濃郁,相信用咗好多蝦頭,蝦殼,甚至龍蝦殼熬成,用來點麵包一流,除咗湯,仲有好多海鮮,好似蝦、蜆,青口、魷魚等Hokkaido Scallop Tartare $168北海道刺身,薄切,再配上藏紅花忌廉汁同食用花,入口先是有少少酸味,咬多兩口,帶子嘅鮮味慢慢出Clams with White Wine Sauce $148白酒煮大蜆,好大粒呀,剛剛熟,鮮甜得來又好嫩滑King Prawn Linguini $238燒大虎蝦配龍蝦汁扁意粉,味道和海鮮濃好相似,都好濃郁,意粉仲好al denta Black Cod $328燒黑鱈魚.配上多好松木茸.鰹魚湯另上,食時先加,所以仲食到脆脆嘅魚皮,無骨嘅魚肉,大大啖啖食,結實得來又嫩滑食完先發現原來食咗好多海鮮,下次要再來要選擇白天,仲要好天氣,要好好享受美食同風景
