To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 簡簡單單一餐lunch,其實一d 都唔簡單,因為今餐lunch 去了中環的蛇王芬開餐。本人就不食蛇的,但都選擇蛇王芬是因為大部份的食蛇的店食物都很出色的,而且這裡就更出名了,蔡生推薦的食店。雖然只是簡單的一餐,但就叫了一碟不簡單的雞鵝脾飯,一上枱已經俾它的份量嚇親,飯多都預了,但預計唔到那個燒鵝脾大到差不多遮蓋了白飯!!!首先吃了燒鵝先,皮脆脆的,肉質好淋好香。再吃一啖白飯,白飯撈完醬油,增加食慾,所以成碟飯,最後已經全部係肚內了 !
