To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日（21/9）下午，我去天慈商場大家樂買叉燒燒鴨瀨粉，返屋企之後打開膠袋後發現有一隻油淋淋嘅醫學用膠手套，立刻打去分店，分店經理藍經理請我返去分店，話會幫我作更換。返到分店，咁我唔知邊個係經理，我詢問清潔姐姐邊位係經理，她望左我一眼無答我。問左幾個人先搵到經理。經理只係叫我檢查新整嘅外賣，然後講左句聲“唔好意思”就打發我走。就食物衞生而言，雖然膠手套唔係食物內找到，但唔明點解會留在我嘅外賣袋入面。我不清楚隻油淋淋嘅膠手套掂過啲乜，所以非常擔心食物安全。另外，留低用過嘅手套在我嘅外賣度，亦證明曾經有員工脫下手套工作。有幾唔衞生，你自己諗。就員工態度問題，員工十分無禮貌。當值經理亦唔耐煩地處理我嘅投訴，只抱着息事寧人嘅心態，無正視事件嘅嚴重性同安撫我嘅不滿，更不論任何嘅補償工作。食物味道，麻麻地。講完。
