To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 烏冬已經係暖暖哋,放落個湯度淥一淥就食得,仲有咬口,份量就真係好少。由於啲肥牛實在係太韌,呢個唔太建議叫。

韓國辣牛肉湯拉麵細細隻碗,不過拉麵份量唔少,係幼身拉麵,都有少少咬口,唔錯。上面有唔少牛肉粒,醃得好好味,不過又係好韌,上面灑上白芝麻粒。其他配料有好多泡菜,滑蛋,蔥花,特別在有兩舊煙韌年糕,好有口感。呢個拉麵少少辣,好開胃。除咗牛肉粒較韌之外都冇野挑剔。

雖然四點幾黎都冇乜人,服務就好麻麻。我地坐左喺角落頭都冇人理,水又冇人加。食物方面有好有唔好,最貴嗰個最令人失望,只能勉強俾個ok。唔明點解長期多人等位,又唔係平。
