以前地鋪時候，價錢同食物質素都算抵。
自從上樓後，就開始做高級刺生。但完全不是日本貴價刺生料子。食材其實現在好多地方都可以買到依個級數，刀功師傅唔差，但又未至於俾咁貴價錢食。
