To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔好用係台灣飲到既標準去比較

夜晚晚食完酸辣薯粉有d頸渴,行行下先知荃灣廣場既吉之島無左,變左一田,行到頂頂見到有<天仁茗茶>,去過台灣既朋友都知呢間野整出黎既珍珠奶茶係有幾香家啦~忍唔住買左杯最basic既珍珠奶茶黎飲,等呀等,又等呀等,朋友都飲左1/4,我都未有,原來漏左單,不過個職員都好好禮貌咁即時整番俾我,飲左啖,老實講,有d失望架!!!話唒係台灣飲既天仁,每啖都充斥住濃濃既茶香又唔會over左奶既味道,(奶+茶)既比例可以講係配合得好好,但呢度飲到既就係, - 茶味好淡,唔夠濃郁 - d冰佔杯野,我估無1/2都一定有1/3,平時少飲水既我都覺得,下,飲左幾啖就無 (下次有機會再買，一定會叫佢少冰或走冰） - 成杯野最可取既就係d珍珠,有趙口,非一般下等貨色!!!當然,比起其他舖頭x buy,貢x 品質仍然較為中上,但掛左<天仁>個名,點解做到既質素咁一般,過左江，就變差了，可惜可惜！！！
