去八木橋食任食燒肉,本來諗住主攻和牛,點知俾佢嘅海鮮搶咗唔少風頭!如果你同我一樣係海鮮迷,嚟到千祈唔好掛住食牛,一定要留quota俾佢嘅海鮮!

首先,佢嘅生蠔真係要俾個Like!大大隻,肉質肥美飽滿,完全冇因為係任食而將貨就價。放上爐燒到剛剛熟,見到蠔邊開始收縮,蠔汁喺殼上面「啵啵」聲滾起,就係食得嘅信號!一啖食落去,鮮甜嘅蠔汁即刻喺口裡面爆出嚟,鮮味到不得了,完全冇沙,正!

鮑魚同樣出色,上枱嘅時候仲係生猛扭動,非常新鮮。燒嘅時候最好用慢火,等佢慢慢熟透,咁樣先唔會韌。燒熟之後口感煙韌彈牙,好似同你嘅牙齒玩緊遊戲咁,簡單加少少鹽同黑椒,已經帶出絕佳嘅鮮味。比目魚反而係隱藏寶藏,魚皮燒到金香脆口,魚肉就保持到嫩滑,食落充滿魚油香,好有驚喜!

當然,和牛質素亦唔失禮,A4和牛後腰肉油脂甘香,同鮮味十足嘅海鮮交替住嚟食,就剛剛好!一時係濃郁嘅牛油香,一時係清甜嘅海洋味道,成個用餐體驗即刻提升咗一個層次!
