講到任食和牛,八木橋嘅A4岩手和牛後腰肉同和尚頭當然正啦!後腰肉肉質軟淋,脂肪甘香;和尚頭就軟嫩中帶點咬口,牛味特別濃。但今次最令我驚喜到彈起嘅,反而係佢哋嘅韓風瓷壺醬油牛肋肉!

睇個賣相已經好得意,用個傳統小瓷壺裝住,一打開就聞到陣陣醬油同香料嘅香氣。啲肉醃到深啡色,非常入味。放上爐一燒,醬汁滴落火中升起嘅燻香,已經令人胃口大開!食落口,醬油嘅甜香同牛肉嘅鮮味完美融合,因為係肋肉部位,帶少少筋,所以口感煙煙韌韌,越嚼越出味,個種惹味程度真係停唔到口!比起純食和牛嘅原汁原味,呢個味道更加濃烈突出,係味蕾嘅一大衝擊!

另外,佢個澳洲M6和牛三角腩都唔可以睇小,脂肪分布均勻,燒完外面香口脆身,裡面肉汁豐富,肉味依然好濃厚,質素絕對拍得住A4!為咗呢壺驚為天人嘅牛肋肉同高性價比嘅M6三角腩,我已經決定要即刻約腳encore!呢個隱藏BOSS絕對係必點項目!
