To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食中菜,你會諗住去邊度食,高級食肆,連鎖酒樓,大排檔,中環,土瓜灣,元朗,沙田,旺角,長沙灣……其實十個人十個口味,個個選擇都唔同皆屬正常,如果得一個選擇,咁就……根據朋友推介,今日我們一行4人就揀咗位於深水埗青山道嘅『金豪酒家』,不嬲以為呢度係大埔道,因此來到呢度千祈唔好以為自己行錯,呢度係大埔道同青山道的交叉路口,而『金豪』有2個地下舖面㗎。㨂咗枱枱都有嘅『沙薑豬手』,豬手唔會太腍,又唔太硬,恰到好處有咬口,個調味又係好恰當,食第一舊時已經想食第二件,正『龍躉两味』棄清蒸揀咗『枝竹炆斑頭腩』,『翡翠炒斑球』就不變,枝竹炆頭够晒入味,火候够好惹味,翡翠斑球大大片好满足,有西芹伴碟好健康『好味醬燒骨』又係招牌,枱枱必點,雖然叫得『骨』但冇骨,菜如其名,真係『好味』,個人覺得似東坡肉多D,師傅功夫好,啲肉入口即溶,啱哂所有年紀啲人。『濃湯海味什菜煲』多菜,濃湯名符其實,平衡返上面食醬燒骨的少少『罪惡』感。

『好味醬燒骨』又係招牌,枱枱必點,雖然叫得『骨』但冇骨,菜如其名,真係『好味』,個人覺得似東坡肉多D,師傅功夫好,啲肉入口即溶,啱哂所有年紀啲人。『濃湯海味什菜煲』多菜,濃湯名符其實,平衡返上面食醬燒骨的少少『罪惡』感。
