To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 星期五,都想鬆一鬆,唔留响中環食飯,去咗尖沙咀。去到K11。都諗唔到食乜,求其入咗上海婆婆。本來想嗌上海麵,但係waitress 話上海麵要等20分鐘,但求快啲醫包個肚,所以我哋買咗魚香茄子同埋孜然牛肉配菜飯。每個餐70至$80,冇湯亦都冇餐飲,話平唔平,話貴唔貴。感覺上好似唔係咁抵食。味道一般,冇乜大驚喜,亦都唔難食,一如以往,魚香茄子比較油膩,孜然牛肉嘅孜然味就比較重,牛肉都比較稔,菜飯就比較細碗,以大少男生來說未必夠飽。

每個餐70至$80,冇湯亦都冇餐飲,話平唔平,話貴唔貴。感覺上好似唔係咁抵食。
