To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次係太興食晚飯,其實想試佢啲小炒好耐架喇,但一直都無機會。多款小菜花多眼亂,有好多仲係新派反傳統,要睇真啲先。冰鎮奶茶,招牌奶茶香滑無比,茶奶糖份量準,唔會過甜,有茶香亦有奶味,連我平時唔飲奶茶既都讚好。多年前就係太興首創冰鎮奶茶架喇,咁就唔會因為冰溶左而影響味道同口感啦。郊外油菜,普通既一碟烚菜芯,翠綠既顏色,味道鮮甜,只係略為老左少少。叉雞燒肉飯,第一次係太興叫三併飯食,烚時質量插水式下降,一向只食雙併的我,真係有說不出的失望。雞胸肉又鞋又靭、燒肉偏咸而皮不脆且硬、叉燒瘦猛猛,賣相極差,從來未試過咁情況。西蘭花炒斑球,碟送唔夠熱喎 ﹗斑球未熟,裡面既顏色依然係透明架,所以咬唔到,只食邊位較熟位置,其餘吐掉。西蘭花就無問題,夠鮮爽,無烚過火。其實味道真係幾好,點解會失手連石斑球都爆唔熟架?牛乳什菌雞煲,我最鍾意試新野,又愛飲湯又愛雞,啱晒我。明爐雞煲,要等佢完全滾開先可以食。完全唔掂,試一之便夠。雞件骨多肉少,又鞋又靭得緊要,真係只可以用黎餚湯。湯還可以,奶味重亦有點雞味,無菌味,所以到最後只係飲晒啲湯,啲渣留低晒。
