To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為獎門人介紹,所以去試吓。星期六7點去到,先攞飛,等咗幾分鐘, 姐姐話如果坐入面,八點半前就要交枱,唔係就要坐出面,最後都揀坐入面。三個人寫咗4碟餸。鐵板黑椒豬手大大件,味道唔錯,夠入味,黑椒味啱啱好,肉質爽滑。雖然用鐵板上,但冇乜鐵板風味。南乳脆鱔炸得好脆,但又唔油膩,南乳醬唔會死咸,鱔肉夠彈牙。腊味煲仔飯上枱時,嘩!。。。好大煲呀。。。個煲!D飯其實只有1/4煲,加埋D蔥,勉強都有1/3煲。腊味唔多,D飯煮得同出面D唔同,粒粒都乾身,有飯焦,唔錯。琵琶豆腐呢碟等咗超過一個鐘先上,一D都好食,冇乜鯪魚肉,成件都林pat pat,冇黎味道,做唔到外脆內軟。本應前三碟都ok好味,但係俾最後呢碟拉低晒整體分數。

大大件,味道唔錯,夠入味,黑椒味啱啱好,肉質爽滑。雖然用鐵板上,但冇乜鐵板風味。

炸得好脆,但又唔油膩,南乳醬唔會死咸,鱔肉夠彈牙
