係我地大部分人眼中食韓國菜就只會諗起燒肉、石頭飯等料理,有時真係食到厭,本身我同男友都愛食韓菜,我搵到依間餐廳好似比較特別,係韓西合拼版餐廚,每款食物菜名都好有詩意同有創意店內格局都以工業風裝修,增加左食飯既空間感同自由度,令我放工黎食飯都覺得放鬆點依度好多款都係韓x西兩種元素混合烹調,最估唔到係竟有紅、白酒既飲料,所以叫左兩杯白酒當辛苦過後既獎勵啦<<Alto Chardonnay 2014、Selbach Riesling Incline 2013>>平時以為食扒去扒房同西餐廳點都好食點,估唔到依度既牛扒都令我感到驚喜<<如果在小每勿島上搭橋>>西冷牛排+烤香蒜配三種醬料,海鹽檸檬、特製甜辣醬、蒜香芥末,西冷叫左五成熟,真係燒得剛剛好,中間都仲係粉嫩色,口感好軟腍,入口好香濃郁,夠juicy啖啖肉搭少少脂肪油香,比想像中大塊同整得相當唔錯<<井裡的花>>其實係五花腩肉泡菜炒飯,面頭配左溫泉蛋,將蛋汁撈埋炒飯食,平時食泡菜炒飯會帶少許酸味,但依個唔會有酸味,夠哂香辣,愈食愈開胃,比一般外面
