早前終於去咗上環Jom試新加坡菜,成個體驗好有驚喜!
先叫咗鹹蛋炸蓮藕片,薄切又酥脆,鹹香開胃,連朋友都停唔到口;之後必食嘅炒貴刁河粉條條分明,炒得超有鑊氣,蝦好爽口,食落有舊時食街邊檔嗰種地道味。
主菜點咗麥皮大蝦,同喺新加坡食一樣咁好食😋😋最驚喜係咖啡骨,肉質嫩滑,醬好有層次感,帶少少焦糖味但唔會太甜。
整體來講,感覺Jom食物有心思,環境都好舒服,會好想再約埋朋友嚟share多啲招牌菜。
