To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃甜品？飲咖啡？當然可一起進行啦！走進觀塘工廠區覓食，去了美食雲集的駱駝漆。店舖是簡約風裝修，環境舒適涼快。食物有多款選擇，價格相宜不太貴🙈。-▪︎提拉米蘇卡布奇諾甜點 HKD$68提拉米蘇醬鋪在咖啡上，先喝一口咖啡，味道香濃順滑😚。再把手指餅沾醬吃，香脆的口感配香甜軟滑的忌廉，半融化的質感挺特別的☺️。-▪︎泡沫朱古力 HKD$48除了咖啡飲品外，還有朱古力飲品，也可做到泡沫的質感☺️。朱古力味道香甜，味道甜而不膩。熱飲的味道挺香，泡沫質感綿密。-▪︎雙重芝士炒蛋牛角包窩夫 HKD$38這款是咸吃的窩夫，熱辣辣的味道很香😚。炒蛋配芝士味道香濃，炒蛋是半流心狀態，質感滑溜惹味。牛角包窩夫口感酥脆，是外脆內軟的口感。整體味道微咸，挺香牛油味🤭。-▪︎全日早餐 HKD$108顏色吸引的全日早餐，食物包括：煙鴨胸、煙三文魚、牛油果、牛油炒菇、水波蛋配蘋果醋。牛油果質感軟滑，煙鴨胸和煙三文魚微咸。用牛油炒菇的味道很香，而且挺有嚼感。水波蛋切開後，蛋汁一湧而出😚。-
