To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放寬飯聚的首個週末,嘩,人山人海道呢,足等了十五分鐘 ...我的至愛,港式咖哩,“慢煮秘製咖哩焗烤雞飯”,香氣四溢,雞件一口size,白飯是珍珠米,煙煙韌韌撈咖哩汁,一流!格格點了那些年輕人口味,“蒲燒鰻魚炒飯”,同樣香氣四溢,炒飯底做得好,還有點脆口。是日餐湯是羅宋湯,中規中矩!但餐飲的凍咖啡卻不過錯,冰面的咖啡粉應該是故意放上去的,賣相搞點小噱頭,值得一讚。最後是娘娘的“燒春雞”,味道其實不錯,春雞底味足,夠香夠滑,但吐骨這件事實在太麻煩,絕對不是我和格格這種懶人的那杯茶!

最後是娘娘的“燒春雞”,味道其實不錯,春雞底味足,夠香夠滑,但吐骨這件事實在太麻煩,絕對不是我和格格這種懶人的那杯茶!
