今天是空姐女友的生日,我知道女友很愛浪漫,也特別愛追求Fine Dining,所以決定帶她到銅鑼灣新的餐廳追求當公主的浪漫!首先當然少不了French 的House Wine,待應介紹了一枝2014年年的法國紅酒,喝又一口,果然很濃濃的淳,真的很Juicy,女友很喜歡, I am surprise only HK$298!前菜是青豆蠶豆沙律,真的很特別,用上青豆慕絲,柚子醋薄荷葉加上清新檸檬青檸芝士cream,別具創意又別具清新!生帶子薄片很新鮮用上北海道的帶子,加上柚子醋和蘋果蓉,咬了一口真的很香,酸酸甜甜,我們一下子吃光光了!黑毛豬腩肉Pork Belly 從日夲運到,用上日夲的黑毛豬五花腩及甘荀,再上香橙蓉,口感一流,而且香橙蓉伴上,真的絕配!最後當然少不了草莓仙子當生日蛋糕,待應插上爉燭在粉紅色的玻璃鞋,原來用上清新的草莓帶上果酸味的乳酪香,伴上熱情果雪糕,把女友的心己輕輕融化,加上我再送上準備的Jo馬龍玫瑰香水,女友望著我甜甜的笑起來了!
