上一次嚟到試左廣島蠔香檳鍋,令人印象好深刻。滿天嘅日式紙傘,加上牆身嘅立體木板裝飾,好有和式餐廳嘅感覺。今次二訪就決定試下新菜式鮟鱇魚。鮟鱇魚肝鍋 $778首先當然睇下湯底先,橙黃色嘅湯底睇落去就已經好吸引。湯底係日本用以鮟鱇魚肉和野菜製作,所以味道極之鮮甜。另外配上鮟鱇魚乾在玻璃瓶中,店員介紹可以將鮟鱇魚乾直接放入鍋中,亦都可以直接食用。至於配料方面,有大蝦和魚肉。另外套餐仲有一盆野菜拼盤,仲有我最鍾意嘅白蘿蔔,加入湯底就更加鮮味。甜品方面佢哋都絕不馬虎,我就試左Runny cheese出品嘅羽二重芝士奶油夾心餅(開心果味),充滿開心果嘅果仁,外層又鬆脆。至於另外一款伯爵茶芝士夾心餅,亦都充滿茶香,令人十分驚喜。天心 (旺角)旺角奶路臣街17號The Forest1樓114號舖

鮟鱇魚肝鍋 $778
首先當然睇下湯底先,橙黃色嘅湯底睇落去就已經好吸引。湯底係日本用以鮟鱇魚肉和野菜製作,所以味道極之鮮甜。另外配上鮟鱇魚乾在玻璃瓶中,店員介紹可以將鮟鱇魚乾直接放入鍋中,亦都可以直接食用。
