最近很少吃日本拉麵,直到這晚......光顧的是一間小店,這小店名叫 Maki,並非開於大街大巷,而是位於油麻地的一條內街----鴉打街,小店雖然不起眼,但位置就夾在人氣的「四季煲仔飯」和「廟街牛雜」中間,也不難找。小小的店子,主打的食物只有拉麵和串燒兩樣,這晚到來,就兩樣都有吃。「黑蒜油豚骨拉麵」($78)豚骨湯味挺濃,下了黑蒜油更添色香。兩件不厚不薄,不肥不瘦的日式叉燒,是及格的,但亮點是這裡的溏心蛋,是真正的溏心,有蛋味,有水準。其他配料還有青蔥、黑木耳、紫菜等,加上直身的麵條,整碗麵給我的感覺尚佳。一客五件,小小一件的「香蔥玉子燒」($16)因為有蔥花夾在裡面的關係,味道沒有一般的玉子燒那樣甜,都幾有特色。「鹽燒雞軟骨串」($18)只以鹽和黑胡椒調味,味道偏淡,感覺一般。相比起「鹽燒雞軟骨串」,「厚燒牛舌」($28)味道較濃,也較好味。這小小的日本拉麵店,就似是日本橫街窄巷的小店,不起眼,但食物有一定的質素,招呼也挺好,價錢也經濟,要是來到這區想吃拉麵的話,不妨試試,支持一下呢!
