To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完D2 Place行街,想食燒肉,見到「銀座炎蔵」個餐牌吸引,地方又坐得舒服,fit哂我今晚嘅晩餐。從一開始的前菜沙律,清爽的味道就讓人的味蕾為之一振。接著,炎蔵和牛「極致」4點拼盤,入面有和牛鞍下,和牛龜之甲,和牛友三角,和牛內腿肉;每一種肉質都有其獨特的風味,尤其是那和牛鞍下,那種幾乎是入口即化的感覺,讓人忍不住讚嘆。而日本產的雞肉三昧,肉質鮮嫩;另外,虎蝦好新鮮彈牙,配紫菜飯一流,整個過程都是一種味覺的享受。當然,最後的時令口味軟雪糕和特色飲品,更是為這一頓豐盛的晚餐畫龍點睛。
