To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸生日,為免花太多功夫, 便去了附近的稻香酒樓食飯慶祝。晚飯時段稻香酒樓人流很多,讓人等位的過坐位不足,好幸運才找到2個空位給爸爸媽媽等候坐低等候,最後還是等了差不多四十分鐘才有位置。可能中式酒樓關係,環境都是比較嘈雜。而且員工的服務態度一般,很多事你叫他 落單,他們像永遠看不見你的樣子。 但其實一般平民的中式酒樓情況都是差不多。我們點了個套餐,有鹽焗雞,燒乳豬,瀨尿蝦,扇貝,蝦碌,海斑,青菜,果盤可能是套餐的關係, 流水作業, 上餐的速度驚人的快捷, 好像顧客快些食完, 便可以上另一批客人來。至於食物的質素與味道,到時毫無驚喜。雞的味道有點過鹹瀨尿蝦其中有兩三隻肉不新鮮乳豬的味道算是最保險了扇貝火候有點過火其實集團式的酒樓, 彷彿叫人沒什麼驚喜 是正常的。
