To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早搭巴士看出窗外,看到兩次貼著大家樂咋咋淋鐵板餐廣告的巴士經過,被它吸引到。所以當日晚餐就去了吃嚕。我點了紐西蘭西冷牛扒,本身想要蒜茸汁,但店員說沒有,所以就要了洋蔥汁,配酥皮周打魚湯和一杯凍檸樂。牛扒熟度剛好,大概六七成熟,是我喜歡的熟度。牛扒厚度適中,肉質不錯,算新鮮、有牛味。洋蔥汁正常,粟米超香甜。酥皮周打魚湯,湯ok,食到幾粒正正方方的魚肉,酥皮香脆,浸入湯中再吃,好吃。本身我是好喜歡酥皮湯的😂,如果大家樂這個周打魚湯可以再做得creamy一點,和忌廉、牛油味濃郁一點會更好。媽點的是雜扒鐵板,豬扒太乾太嚡,亦很薄身,不合格。而雞扒正常,不過不大塊。司華力腸則好好吃。不推薦這個,因為豬扒做得實在太差了。

牛扒熟度剛好,大概六七成熟,是我喜歡的熟度。牛扒厚度適中,肉質不錯,算新鮮、有牛味。洋蔥汁正常,粟米超香甜。

酥皮周打魚湯,湯ok,食到幾粒正正方方的魚肉,酥皮香脆,浸入湯中再吃,好吃。本身我是好喜歡酥皮湯的😂,如果大家樂這個周打魚湯可以再做得creamy一點,和忌廉、牛油味濃郁一點會更好。

媽點的是雜扒鐵板,豬扒太乾太嚡,亦很薄身,不合格。而雞扒正常,不過不大塊。司華力腸則好好吃。不推薦這個,因為豬扒做得實在太差了。
