To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日咁啱見到太興$35半斤叉燒好多人排隊 一人限買半斤聽聞太興以燒味出名就想買來試吓攞到返屋企,食飯打開先見到——哇~啲叉燒咁嘅樣嘅一啲都唔係平時食開啲叉燒樣又唔上色 又聞唔到叉燒醬隻味佢唔係紅色㗎 佢係豉油式色試一舊又冇味又乾爭爭好難食呀仲難食過食紙皮佢唔講呢舊係叉燒,我真係唔知佢係叉燒囉又話太興出名燒味連普通叉燒都做得唔好真係冇下次 下次街頭見到太興兩個字 我喺街尾搵路走平時都唔鍾意特登寫食評但係呢舊叉燒太難食啦忍唔到手唔寫我要同全世界講佢啲叉燒真係好難食啊如果唔係最低比一粒星我一粒星都唔想俾佢啊
