To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友黎到馬鞍山,我提議我們見到第幾間鋪就食。最終決定係右邊第三間就沖入去食。入到去心諗:「又係茶餐廳」閒日晚飯時段大流不多,座位自由選擇。樓面侍應亦不多,因為很多東西電腦化,落單都係自己用手機 app落。我地叫左xo醬炒面,牛油雞翼,吉列咖哩炸豬扒。最後仲叫左兩個特別嘅似品—- 脆脆朱古力和脆脆阿華田。Xo醬炒麵味道尚可,值得一讚的是沒有太多油。不得了是炸豬扒,有如成人手掌般巨大。咖哩汁比較有特色。最好笑是脆脆飲品系列,如早餐般,加了可可脆片在飲品上,我地仲食得出佢係咩牌子。兩杯飲品各承惠9大元。還有牛油雞翼,成舊牛油係面,簡直係「誠意之作」。
