佢地嘅汤好鲜甜，无论隔咗几耐离都可以保持水准，猪肝非爽滑路线，猪肝用酒腌过有助去除异味，然后小小酒味同汤混合后，更觉汤头鲜甜而不单调，然后仲试咗个鸭濑，鸭冇骚味，好有鸭香，个汤相比普通款有更多甘草、萝卜等香料味道，都唔错，但我更中意普通款冇咁复杂的材料已有自然鲜甜味道
