今日叫左個吉列牛定食配忌廉咖哩烏冬,公道講味道係唔錯既。烏冬加左忌廉之後個口感好幼滑,咖哩亦都唔辣,小朋友食都唔怕。吉列牛定食,件牛本身係1成熟左右,配以石燒形式自由控制生熟程度,切合唔同人既口味。牛肉本身質素都可以,就算燒過左龍都唔會好韌。味道亦都唔差,可能我自己一向食牛都中意食原味,所以冇咩特別去點汁黎食,都叫左有少少肉味既。不過我想講一件事,就係小弟叫左一份蒜香牛舌心,5塊,盛惠$58蚊兼加一。5塊唔係問題,但大細厚薄就真係好過份,最細果塊細到5毫子咁上下大….仲要唔好食,而我見到碟野黎到眼都凸埋之際都不忘問下侍應一句「$58就係得呢度幾塊?」,侍應不慌不忙理直氣壯正面回應「係!」….好啦,我冇野問啦,唔洗旨意我再幫襯,其他野幾好食都假啦,咁做生意…..
