
比較讚的是他的下午茶的確比其他時段價錢吸引,比一般酒樓偏貴但卻有明顯較好的環境和服務,食品也較美味,選擇亦算多,值得一試。至少,我真的不想再去一般的酒樓,這裡上菜快、通風好,燈光柔和舒適,一家大小去聚餐會是很滿意的一餐。

不過炒飯就比較普通,吃不出想要的感覺。

片皮烤鴨是我們最不滿的地方,味道是不錯的,但份量比較少,奇怪的吃不飽。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
