Restaurant: Kuma Ramen (Jervois Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家拉麵味道不錯,很多朋友都說過了,就不多重覆,但服務態度真的有待改善。因為太不可思議,吃過麵後我就馬上上來看看食評,果然有食客和我的感受一樣。最離奇的是,明明過了繁忙時間,全店一半座位是空的,居然還安排不相識的顧客坐在一起!譬如一張長方枱,四邊加起來可坐8人,1+3+3+1,竟也要不相識的兩對朋友共4人連著坐!空出短邊的單座位也不行!心感太離譜,於是起身轉位到bar枱坐,店員好像臉有難色,要求我們靠近另一位食客那邊坐,但店子明明很冷清,怎麼就不能分開一點?而且也不像會在短時間能坐滿啊,究竟是甚麼強迫症才會要顧客必須無縫坐在一起呢?我留意到這裡已不只一人提出同樣的評語,竟然至今仍無改善,坦白說麵的味道雖不錯,但此刻香港也不缺好吃的拉麵,少了這一家也不可惜,實在不必為瘋狂的安排受氣,欲前往的請三思!
