紐約芝士蛋糕：面層烘得微啡，底部及外圍都有消化餅碎包住芝士蛋糕，雪藏溫度剛好，不會太凍，芝士蛋糕軟滑，味道偏酸，整體是不錯的，但不是我最喜愛的味道，相信加點鹹味及芝士味會加點分。
