近幾年,韓國文化在香港大受歡迎,香港亦多咗好多韓國餐廳,而每次去食韓國菜都係以炸雞、烤肉或部隊鍋為主,今次就去試下呢間新派韓國菜。餐廳的裝修簡約,以落地玻璃設計為主,光線很足,給人很舒適的感覺。Lunch set包括有前菜、主食、甜品及飲品,除咗咖啡同茶,仲可以加錢轉配其他韓式飲品,我地就冇轉到,飲凍檸茶,店員會另上糖漿,可自行調校甜度。前菜一黎到,我地都忍唔住係咁影相,因為賣相非常靚,擺盤好有心思,Insalata主要有蕃茄仔同水牛芝士,芝士香軟,食落唔覺膩,同蕃茄仔一齊食,有清新的感覺。Ceviche有大蝦、帶子、魚同已切粒嘅梨,味道酸酸地帶點微辣,很開胃。主菜Vongole Linguine即係用韓式醬汁煮成嘅蜆肉意粉,蜆肉大大粒,意粉煮到軟硬適中,掛到好多醬汁,好好味。另一主菜Braised Beef Cheek,我地叫左小辣,牛肉煮得軟稔可口,一切就開,側邊的白色醬汁帶點蒜味,可中和韓式醬汁的辣味。最後甜品係Poached Pear with Red Wine,賣相好吸引,紅洒的香氣完全滲入梨中,令人食過番尋味。
