To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在這家店的一個平凡黃昏,我選了那個俗稱‘飄香滑蛋公仔麵’的頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵,吸一啖碟底滑蛋,嚟咗個滿滿的奶香,午餐肉揭開滑蛋,睇見厚厚的一片午餐肉,煎得金黃邊角微焦,口感滑溜得嚟帶點脆皮嘅對比。🍜而自家製糯米雞,大顆又有料,皮香糯米韌,每一啖都感覺到滿滿的肉香和香菇味,喺口裏化開,真係幾滿足😋。再嚟就係啲新鮮出爐嘅香辣肉碎紮肉米粉,肉碎好夠味,辣得啱啱好,唔會蓋過米粉嘅鮮味。雪菜米粉添,喺味道上,層次分明,湯底清而不淡,雪菜嘅咸鮮恰到好處,搭配上滑溜嘅米粉,真係舒服過癮。🥣總之,依個食值完全值得一試,夠晒平民化,又有質素保證,係一家無論大人細路,或者一個人三五知己,都啱食嘅好地方。
