To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日一試嘅車仔麵簡直係平民美食界嘅小確幸！選擇豬紅同靚靚腩肉，伴隨嘅粗麵底同咖喱湯底完成呢碗温暖。車仔麵底加上獨特嘅咖喱湯底，濃香得來唔會太重口，簡直係咸香結合嘅完美例子👌。靚腩肉煮得淋身入味，每一啖都係肉汁四溢，豬紅又腍又juicy，勁滑唔會太腥，食落口感正啦😋。啲粗麵就保持得彈牙有嚼勁，同湯底掂晒！另外，柚子蜜飲品濃郁得嚟清新，解辣又解膩，真係飲兩口就陶醉喇🍹。整體上，餸量豐富，湯底夠味，加上服務態度好，等待時間都唔係太落，真係一個好地方令人想再嚟多幾轉，搵食嘅時候點少得呢個選擇呢？🍜🥢👍
