落嚟行街,肚仔餓得咕咕叫,過咗一間搞日式燒串嘅店,內心嗌我過去踩踩位。呢度嘅串燒,真係有咗啲街坊食堂嘅feel,樸實無華,但吸引到你閂眼一試再試。
第一棒就係日本雞皮串,啲雞皮香脆得黎唔油膩,咬落去嘅瞬間,嗌到我心窩窩直頌好哂😋。跟住嚟嘅雞軟骨,咬落得嘅口感幾過癮,唔使開天價都食到下酒好物!再一嚟到京葱雞肉串,全部都係優質選擇,京蔥嘅清新配上燒雞嘅惹味 👌,咩概念?呢個就係平凡中嘅不平凡。
不過,真正攞'冠軍'嘅,我會俾番紫蘇無骨雞中翼。唔單止肉質鮮嫩,啲紫蘇葉嘅清香更加係將呢串雞翼昇華到新層次,根本停唔到口!最後係甜品時間,焦糖燒菠蘿吖,外皮微焦喳喳嘅同埋菠蘿嘅自然甜味,食落好似嘆一口暖洋洋嘅陽光咁☀️。
行過九龍城,唔洗搵太遠嘅美食,就算係平常嘅日子,只要走入依間店,都搵得到一碟碟熱辣辣,also好味道嘅串燒。真係值得一試!👍🍢🍍
