22號冬節同朋友去試左茶記冰室既晚市,個名幾特別,潮流興麻,改個名叫冰室聽落特別吸引🤣 餐廳裝修都幾好,真係有小小冰室既格調,唔知係咪冬節關係,都幾多人,全場爆滿坐無虛席,待應服待都唔錯.D我個朋遲到留個位俾佢先都話無問題野食真心高質,我地叫左2碟招牌小菜,冰鎮咕嚕肉好高質,用冰鎮咕嚕肉真係第一次聽,但話晒招牌菜梗係試試佢,唔知係咪冰鎮過冷河既關係,肉質外脆內軟,未上之前都有擔心冰鎮會唔會好奇怪,點知唔會,雖然有加冰,個肉暖暖地,反而好好入口,佢地仲用左提子,菠蘿同番茄黎增加口感甜味,忽起平時食既咕嚕肉既口感豐富好多,呢道菜真心推介,用黎做招牌菜真係無得輸🤤食完都好想返尋味,再黎一盤。另一味餸招牌黃金蝦都整得非常特別,有別平時食返既黃金蝦,佢用咸蛋黃加麵粉去炸,蝦身雖然無過過冰河,但果樣炸到脆卜卜,脆到殼食麵唔係咩問題,而且成道菜味濃得黎唔會太過份,食完咕嚕肉依個味甜既菜,再上一個黃金蝦既咸味,一咸一甜都做得好好食,好似上演左上場味蕾既交響樂,另外呢2味餸送飯一流,真係好正!!
