To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛搬到元朗,聽到士林的名氣,自然要試。入去當然要試牛肉面。一上枱,覺得幾條牛展肉很粗大,賣相算出色。先喝一囗湯,頓時眉頭一皺。湯有牛味鮮味,但為何要加那麼多味精?覺得味精份量比一般麵店更勁,大大失望。食了不久,便感口喝要狂飲檬茶。牛肉份量夠,外冧內靭,有層次,煑得好。麵條是粗中有咬口,不錯。其他方面,我們點了炸雞排及餃子。非常普通,雞扒很大塊但炸粉極厚,與一般大排檔無別。總結:名大於實。
