紅蔥中卷湯新竹米粉米粉份量足、彈牙。魷魚令湯底有魷魚嘅鹹香味。面頭撒上很多莞茜、蔥同炸蒜,令清湯底好香。除左魷魚,重有好多黃芽白。黃芽白新鮮爽脆。跟餐送飲品。叫左紅豆薏米水。紅豆薏米水有薑,微辣嘅薑中和紅豆嘅甜,飲落好舒服。嗌多個寶島三小碟:秋葵、塘心蛋同埋甜酸咕嚕肉。秋葵上有蝦米,醬汁味道似白醋。甜酸咕嚕肉除左甜酸汁重有沙律汁,未食酸味已經「拱」上鼻!甜酸咕嚕肉係熱食,外皮脆。秋葵同甜酸咕嚕肉食起黎酸酸地好開胃。塘心蛋蛋黃呈半生熟狀態,蛋汁唔會流曬出黎,整得啱啱好。旁邊重有青瓜粒。
