要形容袖山師傅再次主理的五色刺身,最佳形容莫過於賞心悅目,油甘魚、中吞拿魚腩及北海道蟹肉等刺身盛,分別盛在五個小盒子上,可獨吃亦能分享,精采。油甘魚與中吞拿魚腩不加醬油,只蘸高級盒裝的鮮芥末,無可無不可的嘗過,感覺不太差;最失望的要算是略腥的海膽,此品不易保存,就算冷藏技術再先進,一但遠離產地,風味打個五折,就是這樣。更多周末分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2010/08/blog-post_13.html
