美孚呢頭搵食,好多時都係茶記同快餐,估唔到俾我發現咗「湘野」呢間寶藏店!今次唔係食佢最出名嘅水煮魚,反而試咗個蒜蓉粉絲蒸活蝦,點知一試難忘,成為我全晚最驚喜嘅一道菜!
一上枱,個賣相已經贏咗!大大隻蝦排到整整齊齊,鋪滿金銀蒜同蔥花,下面係浸滿精華嘅粉絲,仲有陣陣熱辣辣嘅蒜香同豉油香撲過嚟,真係未食個胃已經先投降!
:隻蝦! 一食就知係「活蝦」,肉質結實到不得了,彈牙到好似喺個口入面跳舞咁!鮮甜到一個點,完全冇雪藏味。最正係個蒜蓉,佢唔係得個鹹字,係香、辣、鹹層次分明,金黃色嘅炸蒜夠脆口,再加埋生蒜嘅辛辣,同蝦嘅鮮味夾到震!
下面啲粉絲先係精髓! 吸盡晒啲蝦汁、蒜蓉同豉油嘅精華,每一條都係咁入味,食落濃郁又唔會過鹹,掛住晒啲汁,真係忍唔住一啖接一啖,清晒成個底先安樂!
雖然話係湘菜館,但呢道菜嘅辣度好溫和,主要係靠蒜香帶起鮮味,唔食得辣嘅朋友都絕對冇問題。價錢又合理,份量十足,抵食!
